People seem to love our color-coded books! Back in my bookstore days, my colleagues and I sometimes wished we could throttle customers who mistook us for mind-readers, who expected us to know exactly what they sought based on vague descriptions of dust jackets. Luckily, I have a bit of a photographic memory, which aided me then and helps me now. A few guests haven't noticed that our books are arranged in this odd way - or it takes them a while to "get" it. Many years ago, my mom and I would spend an errant Saturday re-arranging furniture for fun. Like clockwork, my step-dad would come through the door and sit right down where the couch used to be!
Huzzah! I think you should submit this to ReadyMade. Brilliant.
